Become a Program Assistant
A Program Assistant (PA) is a young leader who acts as an assistant coach during CanSkate sessions. Under the direct guidance of professional coaches, PAs gain invaluable leadership and volunteer experience while giving back to our skating community.
Commitment
PAs must commit to the scheduled sessions they sign up for to maintain program quality and stability.
Training
Orientation and training sessions are mandatory for all accepted assistants to ensure success on the ice.
Who Can Apply
Open to skaters who are at least 11 years old and have achieved a minimum STAR 3 skating level.
